Dr. Julia M. Tulcan is superb in every single way! Her assistant Janice of nearly 20 years is also amazing. I cannot express how phenomenal my experience has been with Dr. Tulcan (and her staff). I just wish I could give them a 10-star rating. Best recommendation I've ever been given-- in my life. They are incredible here.
