Consumer's Pharmacy

I’ve been a loyal customer for close to 20 years. Recently been having terrible experiences with customer service. A few months back went to get prescription and they didn’t have it ready. So waited for quite a while. Then since they changed system my HSA card wasn’t available and had to pay out of pocket. Then last month went to get prescription and they told me it was on back order will get in June. Texted a few times no response. So called and they told me they don’t have it and I will have to call another pharmacy to see if I can get it. Now I have my doctors trying to locate some pharmacy for me. I told my doctors I wasn’t familiar with many pharmacies. Very frustrating. They are messing with people’s lives here. I have a job and can’t call around trying to find my medication. Poor cu

It was okay; but since it has converted to Professional Pharmacy it is different and seems hectic!

Never buy your meds in bulk from them. Bought mine in bulk and they shorted me 2 bottles of meds. The whole time they tried to watch there words but basically kept trying to put blame on me like I was the one who messed up the order. To put the cherry on top they also would not take responsibility and fix the mistake instead they lied to me and told me there error had to be my fault.

They will remember you and treat you like a friend. Also budget friendly. They call you and wish you happy birthday, which I am not too fond of, but I am sure some folks appreciate it.

I think they are great.. Occassionally one lady can be a little rude and condesending (she know who I'm talking about) which I attribute to just having a bad day ... But they know my name when the see me, can't get any better than that
