Terrible service ever! if u plan on spending a whole day for a visit then this is the place . The doctor is nice but to talk to her u have to get pass the lady's at the front desk and boy are they rude and non sympathetic. Dont give written prescriptions which makes it impossible to get your meds from pharmacy. If u decide to use there doctor for your primary care good luck u will get paper work on time let alone get a timely appointment. This place is the worst ever but once u get threw the fort Knox style front desk it's pretty straight forward. Will not reccomend to anyone.

Ebere isn't a doctor! She's a nurse practitioner! I'm not trusting my health to a Nurse practitioner! The gorilla working the front desk is named Felicia. She cannot comprehend what she reads! Felicia is the most ignorant person I've met in sometime. I stopped seeing this nurse months ago, then out of the blue they decided to schedule me. Lol! I guess she's not getting as many patients as she hoped to. I hope that her practice fails and closes.

If you need a primary care dr in the rural area its a good place to go .and she deals with pain mngmt . If you have a appt be on time or call ahead to let it be known you will be late . Becuase they be busy and will schedule your next appt for a distance away due to having so many clients . The dr is a good dr just the secretary's over the phone can be a lil inconsiderate but in person there attitudes are a little bit more professional . Just try to be there on time or call well ahead letting them know your problem on lateness they may or may not be as understanding . But will give you a grace period of a few min.

This place is extremely unprofessional. The staff is rude and the receptionist had an attitude as soon as she answered the phone. The appointment website had several openings available but the receptionist said the website isn't accurate and there are no appointments available for more than the next month. What's the point of having a patient appointment website? Just horrible and unacceptable behavior for a doctors office.

If the woman in the front is rude to you, pray for her because she does not know better. I hope this place learns to help people who need help instead of making them feel worst by asking for help.
