Conroy Apothecary

Even though this was the only pharmacy that was within the general vicinity of my house, I was extremely pleased with the service and friendliness of the employees. Will be going back (but not just because I have to)!

A wonderful pharmacy in the heart of West Tisbury. Stan and Tammy work very hard to make sure everyone is taken good care of. They carry an extensive stock of what you would want to find in a pharmacy

I love the people who work here. They are friendly, dedicated, and always have good advice. The perfect small town apothecary.

As a west Tisbury resident, I’m finding it hard to switch to this pharmacy. It’s convenient and is the only place on island to fill this prescription. I have noticed very little consistency in staff. Always a help wanted sign. The people who have worked here are horrible. As a customer I feel judged due to the nature of my prescriptions. The staff is not just rude- not kind and seem to enjoy belittling customers. In a world full of Karen’s- this is where they work.

The worst! I scheduled a vaccine and arrived on the appropriate day/time only to be told the my prescription plan denied the vaccine. The informed me to call my plan and find out why and then come back. I called my provider was told my prescription plan covers the vaccine 100%; they could not find any inquiry from Conroy or any denial of services. I called Conroy's the next day to discuss the matter and was then told they do accept my prescription plan. So we went from, 'we accept your plan so I don't know why it was rejected' to 'we don't take your plan'. Just admit you made a mistake. I suggested they perhaps they should verify insurance coverage at the time of scheduling rather than wait...the lady cut me off and said 'have a good day' and hung up. I've heard bad things about Conroy
