Excellent experience at Pinnacle dermatology! Dr. Paterson has been my dermatologist since we moved to Virginia five years ago. During my fist visit he focused especially on areas of greater risk and found a skin growth in need of surgical removal which was overlooked in my previous office. As result the lesion was removed successfully without any delay. Also Dr. Paterson is very nice person to communicate with and genuinely caring, he is always listening to my concerns and spending time to explain everything in details. Dr. Paterson is very professional, provides excellent care and makes me feel absolutely confident in his service. Highly recommend him for all your skin care needs!

Today was my second removal ever, but a big one, and Dr. Patterson was great😁 I let him know I was nervous and he did a great job telling me the process and then trying to distract me with convo as he went about the removal.
