What can I say, Connections is the best place I have found to help improve my quality of life. My therapist, Ms. Jaylynn Griffin, is tough but fair and makes sure you understand the "why" behind the exercises and not just the "how". I am treated like family the moment I enter thru the sliding doors. I'm feeling stronger everyday and I cannot thank them enough for the help they have given me in my recovery journey. I have an ATFL ankle sprain and started physiotherapy with Dr. Brenton Kubik PT, DPT feeling unsure about how long recovery would take. From the very beginning, my physiotherapist Dr. Brenton was incredibly professional, hardworking, and attentive. Each session was well-planned, focused, and tailored specifically to my injury. Thanks to his expertise and consistent effort, my ankle has been healing much faster than I expected. The exercises, hands-on treatment, and clear guidance has made a huge difference in my recovery and confidence while returning to normal activity. I truly appreciate the dedication and care shown throughout the process and would highly recommend Dr Brenton Kubik to anyone dealing with ankle injuries or sports-related issues.

I was reluctant to try PT for my chronic back pain after I didn't feel it worked 4 years ago at a different PT place. I came to Jaylynn with a painful, swollen knee that I feared might be permanently damaged. After reading all the positive reviews, I decided to give her a try—and I’m so glad I did. In just four weeks, I’m about 90% better, the swelling is almost gone, and I can walk and go up and down stairs again after being stuck on crutches for a month. She is highly experienced, knows exactly what she’s doing, and I highly recommend her. The clinic itself is also very pleasant with a cheerful atmosphere and friendly staff.
