Outstanding dental practice! I feel very well cared for. Dr. Ashton, Dee, and all staff were very clear in explaining procedures and my treatment plan. Plus, they had great music playing!

The staff was unprofessional and inefficient, asking me for insurance information during my appointment after weeks of scheduling. I was not informed of the process, such as the need for a photoshoot. The dental assistant was rude and ignored me upon entry. After this uncomfortable encounter, the manager insisted I leave the chair to retrieve information that should have been provided during the appointment. When I finally received the information, I was told I needed to pay nearly $300 out of pocket for a cleaning and possibly seek reimbursement. The next day, they notified me of an additional fee after discovering something on my X-ray.
