Dr. Vodapally is an extremely educated, intelligent doctor that actually wants to help HEAL your pain. He doesn’t run a pill mill. Above all, he has a remarkable bedside manner. Annekie Bogues, who is my provider, is kind, calm, polite, intelligent and allows you to express your concerns. She is a pleasure to see every visit. The ladies behind the desk are ALWAYS helpful and polite no matter how frustrated they get. Mark has ALWAYS been prompt with my calls. He returns my calls no later than 1/2 hour. He makes sure to address my concerns whether it’s prior authorization or appointments or medication etc. When he says he will call back, I don’t worry because he does just that. doctor told my wife that she should die and said he doesn’t care. I heard this with my own ears. My wife has been struggling with chronic pain for years and has received little to no help from this office. She cannot even stand for more than ten minutes without being in severe pain, yet absolutely nothing has been done to help her. Recently, her medication was misplaced or possibly stolen after someone broke into her car. Because of the amount of pain she lives with every day, she struggles with forgetfulness. She is 42 years old and should not be dealing with this level of constant pain. Being a chronic pain sufferer, I was so lucky to find this office when my previous Pain Management physician retired this Fall. Everyone is great at this practice, but, in particuIar, I wanted to stress how terrific Mark was in making my transition from my prior pain specialist to Dr. Vodapally's office so smooth and easy.
