My visit here was very productive. Scheduling and check in were easy and friendly. My wait time was reasonable and the initial nurse was engaging and funny. Dr Muhanna was well prepared with notes for my referring doctor, made recommendations and explained what happens next. Well done all the way around.

I was seen by Holly and she seems to always give kind of an attitude which thank goodness I have learned to be a better person and manage through. But I wish she would listen more! And actually look for ways to actually cure someone's illness instead of patching it like a band aid..

This was actually the worst experience I've had with a medical professional yet. I was set up with APRN Holly and she was rude, dismissive, wouldn't give me a physical exam, interrupted me repeatedly, and talked down to me the entire visit. She gave inaccurate and inappropriate medical advice (I spoke with other medical professionals later who confirmed this) and acted like she was doing me a favor to even talk with me. When I mentioned an over the counter remedy I tried her response was "You did that for what, two days?" With a derisive attitude as if I didn't actually give it a fair try. I reassured her I had already tried it for over two weeks and the problem persisted and she still acted like I was exaggerating the issue. She then said she would give me a referral to a different office

I must say the office staff always so polite always answered all my questions if I have any very understanding and compassionate the part I don't like is you barely see the doctor only time I see the doctor is when I'm going for a procedure!.It would be nice if now and days we get to see our doctors so we can address our concerns !. All in all the doctor is an amazing great good doctor he is understanding and compassion in the times I have seen him for my procedures
