Connecticut GI: Stamford

From the point of check in to the point of check out was great. The young lady that checked me in was beautiful not only in appearance but attitude. My nurse Maria was sweet and funny. Dr. Goldstein always with the great bedside manners that makes you comfortable in a GI setting to tell your yucky issues to and gives you comfort in being able to provide you with solutions. And last but not least the lady that checked me out was also the lady that made my appointment over the phone and it was nice to see and hear her with other client to see her genuine kind demeanor. I am sorry I don’t know the name of the two ladies that checked me in and out, please blame it on the short interactions we had. Yet they still left a positive impression.

Every person in this office treats patients with great care. The sign at the front desk says their goal is to treat patients like they are family members. They live by this motto.

Everyone was helpful and polite. And they worked hard to move up my procedure date.

Dr. Goldstein took his time with me to ask relevant and appropriate questions to obtain important GI history. He was compassionate, as I was in a lot of pain. He was thorough in asking questions and writing up a summary of our discussion. He diagnosed me and prescribed antibiotics right away, which I am praying will solve the problem. The office staff was also amazing. They got me an appointment the same day, hearing the pain I was experiencing over the phone. They were also super responsive and kind in trying to get me a prescription for which I was having difficulty filling through my insurance and pharmacy. I am very appreciative of all of the efforts they made to get me the antibiotics that I needed. Thank you!

UPDATE TO MY FIRST REVIEW - IF I CAN GIVE NEGATIVE, I WOULD. This practice should be shutdown. CT GI - your response to me is this is personal? I have contacted your practice numerous times - no one gets back to me. You have now sent my account out of your office?? What about the fact DR GOLDSTEIN almost killed me? If I did not go to another doctor on November 17th after my visit with him that morning, I would have died. Literally. Same day I told Dr. Goldstein who wanted ME to call HIM 2 weeks later, I was rushed to the hospital and there for 3-days after visiting another COMPETENT doctor. This practice should be shut down entirely. They do not care about their patients or bedside manner, just the $. Dr. (if you even dare call him that) Jordan Goldstein should be fired and have
