Connecticut GI: Sharon

Initial CGI meeting with Suzanne Thompson was very helpful in discussing what should be done to identify my current problems and what tests should be scheduled. That said, the Sharon CGI office was sadly lacking in professionalism for the following reasons: 1. In scheduling my initial visit, the CGI office did not give me any useful directions where the office was located. It took me 15 minutes to find the correct building which contained the office. 2. I was given 7 vials for taking samples with practically no explanation of how I was to use the collection vials. Their instructions were quite incomprehensible and lasted about 30 seconds. This resulted in me having to waste more than a hour to contact someone to provide advice on the vials and what should I do with them. 3. Their wa

Everyone in this office was exceptional. All employees were well versed in their jobs, and each gave personal attention and time on my first visit. I never felt rushed. I was seen on time with almost no wait. I was given the time I needed to ensure the practitioner understood my medical history and my concerns. As a new patient, I feel comfortable with the level of care I would receive if ever needed.

Everyone I met was smart, confidence-inspiring and seemed genuinely glad to see me. Not always true of some medical practice.

Useless and utter waste of time, after waiting months for an appointment, which was supposed to be with a doctor, but wasn’t. I got no help, no answer. But I got a bill!

Appt was prompt, people were warm and welcoming. Medically I was well taken care of!
