Connecticut GI: Manchester

The staff was pleasant, and my appointment started on time, which I appreciated. However, I did have some concerns about the cleanliness of the exam room. While waiting for the PA, I noticed ant and mouse bait stations on the floor, along with dead bugs and a buildup of dust behind the door and near the chair. The amount of bugs and dust suggests that those areas hadn't been cleaned in a while. At first glance, the room seemed tidy, but those details made the space feel less clean than I would expect in a medical setting. In a healthcare environment, I think a higher standard of cleanliness is important for patient comfort, safety and confidence in the quality of care. I hope the Manchester office will take steps to improve the upkeep, presentation and cleanliness of their exam rooms movin

I had to change office locations due to moving. But I didn’t know that the new Dr would not have even reviewed my history and as a result I did not feel I received the quality of care I’ve gotten on the 15 plus years I’ve been with CT GI at their Norwich and Waterford locations. Discouraged for sure.

The staff was very personable and professional. APRN Mayette was thorough and professional. I Would highly recommend Ct. GI on Main St in Manchester for anyone who is seeking a gastro issue...

Doctor’s bedside manner could be better. Felt cold. Aside from that the staff was friendly and I didn’t wait long at all
