Don't go here they'll waste your time, terrible bedside manor, when trying to explain my symptoms, staff and doctor kept interrupting me and overall didn't seem to want to listen. Very awful experience.

Wish there was a rating lower than a one star. Called for an emergency situation with a referral from urgent care. No appointments for a month???? I thought their website said they cared about their patients. Obviously not. Was told there was nothing they could do to get me in. Very dismissive. Told me to “call around” to other ENT’s. Not impressed.

Worst experience ever! I WALKED OUT ON MY CARE! Not only did Jeffrey Sawyer not introduce himself but was rude and not willing to help me. Questioned a genetic testing I had with the responses clearly showing he wasn't interested in it. He knew nothing about it and just tossed my paper back at me. He then gave me the results from my hearing test and said "since you're collecting data, I'll give you these to have for you." I am a complicated case with a rare disease not known to many. To dismiss me because he was unwilling to educate himself on my disease was the reason I'm writing this review. There are a lot of issues in the Healthcare system, causing more people not to go. This experience made me realize I was just another paycheck in his pocket and he was willing to push me off to the n

If you have an afternoon appointment, show up late. They book 2 appointments per doctor for each 15 minute time frame - which leads to a 45+ minute wait time. Doctors are thorough enough - - getting to them is the issue...
