Connecticut Children's Pediatric Urgent Care

This was our first time here & we had a great experience. We made an appointment online, and had a 5 minute wait after checking in. The facility was very clean. The staff were extremely efficient & kind. We were in and out in one hour, which included an x-ray that had to be sent out to be read. We would definitely return.

Amazing staff very polite and professional. I had a great experience with my kids and my wife also takes them. Keep up the good work! Urgent care was able to get us right in it was fast and excellent !

Have brought my 1 year old here quite frequently due to various illnesses, thanks to daycare. Yes sometimes there is a wait but in my opinion it's better than the wait at the hospital. The staff has always been friendly, the doctors explain everything throughly and I love that they're open until 11 in case of any nighttime issues.

While this is advertised as an urgent care facility, please be aware that they do not bill as urgent care, they will bill as an office visit. It is very misleading. I am looking at a $350 office visit fee instead of a $50 urgent care visit, even thought it was after 3 p.m. It’s VERY misleading. The staff was amazing but the billing practices are unethical. Go to PM Pediatrics instead.

I have taken my kids here several times and each time their care and service has been excellent. The doctors actually listen you and come up with a solution together
