My daughters doctor referred me here back in September because my daughter mentioned she has been feeling an allergic reaction to things she eats. After about 2 months of getting no call to schedule I call them and they state they don't have a referral. Now my daughters doctor office calls and they tell her I dont need a referral to schedule. She still sends another one either way and so I call and make an appointment for a couple of weeks later. Now the week of the appointment I call to update my daughters new insurance not even 10 minutes after I get a call that they have no insurance on file and no referral. I explained I just called and updated it and there's definitely a referral there because it was sent. Again my daughters doctor calls and confirms they have the referral. The day of

Receptionist was rude, refused to hear why I was calling for my child. If this is the type of people that they hire. I don’t even want to know what the rest of the staff or Dr.s are like. I have filed a complaint with the Dr. that referred us to them. HORRIBLE, My family works as a team. If one of us needs help the others step up to help.. Won’t let me post with out a star. Think twice of using this group if you have chronic health condition, I have had a problem since 2019. They have been treating me all along with no problems today January 14, 2026. They refused to treat me for the same problem. I’ve been having since 2019 pretty frustrating and there’s no way of reconciling this and speaking to someone in authority so think twice if you have a chronic health condition.

Called days before to reschedule appointment due to my child being ill. The following couple of days my child is still sick the day I have an appointment. I call the office to make them aware of what is going on not knowing if my daughter has Covid (you can’t come in with Covid) they told me if I did not do a telehealth and come in another day I will have to pay.
