NEVER been treated like I was today! Called after ongoing problems with my insurance to speak with my Dr. & get back on track with my meds & was told I had to wait a WEEK to see her & after expressing concerns of going ANOTHER week without meds was told “she’ll get back to me” ( I unfortunately didn’t get her name ) WAS VERY flippet with me, and acted like she could care less!!….& of course never got back to me. I have ALWAYS been treated with dignity & respect within these offices Manchester (home office) & Hartford today was VERY much different. Sorry to hear Judy is gone! Would have NEVER treated me this way!
This place is great...the Doctor there has helped me in so many ways...always concerned about how you are doing and would help in anyway shee can..This place saved my life
She WAS helping me alot.
