I am convinced Matthew is a wizard. He is hands down one of the best practitioners I’ve ever visited. His approach to bodywork is highly tailored—he doesn't just go through the motions. By combining trigger point therapy with deep tissue work, he’s helping me manage chronic tension and significantly improve my mobility. Matthew is one of the most gifted practitioners I’ve ever experienced. Every time I leave body work, breath work, or reiki, I’m shocked by how capable and dialed in he is.
