Conley Marcum, OD

Absolutely the best eye appointment I have ever had. Dr. Conley Marcum and the team were very welcoming. I have had many exams from franchise practices and by no means do they care or have the same experience as a private office like Dr. Marcum's. He goes above and beyond to spend the time during the exam to fine tune the prescription but also do other tests like taking a photo of your eye to show the health to you. Really appreciate the personalized approach and will have my whole family start going to the office.

The Conley Marcum office visit I had today was pleasant. I was treated with astigmatism contacts but with many years of previous contact experience this visit was different. Staff are professional and welcoming. I haven’t experienced having a thorough conversation on what works for my needs and looking forward to my next visit. It’s the small details showing you care about your clients is what makes a difference. :-)

I Really liked Dr Conley he was attentive and thorough explaining everything. I had a great experience with him. Unfortunately the woman that answers the phones for follow up and books appointments is very rude, unfriendly and likes to cut people off while talking. I wonder if he even knows that’s how people are treated when they call to get information and book with him. Unfortunate.

My kids got their exams here, it was a superb experience both for them and myself, retrieving lost paperwork was no problem! They pay attention to the details with the kids overall health in mind, gave tips for limiting device usage with eyewear. I have peace of mind knowing that my kids trust Conley Marcum Jr and his friendly & courteous team.
