Congressional Dental Care

I contacted Congressional because I needed dental care right away. Maria, who took my call was professional, efficient, and kind. When I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and calm. The dental assistant gently prepared me for the consultation with the dentist (“Dr S”). Dr. S was so very patient, explaining each step, and willingly responded to my questions. I received the same kindness from the lady who checked me out. She explained every detail of the follow up and engaged me in friendly conversation. I left the office assured that I made the right choice and await my next visit.

This was my first visit, and Im very please with the service from front, back office personnel and Dentist. What i greatly APPRECIATE is EVERYTHING being explained to me clearly. The Dentist was very calm, precise and patient, I wasn't rushed. I give everyone a A+. Im happy just walking away with great UNDERSTANDING of what services I will need in the near future. Thanks to everyone for EXCELLENT service.

I prayed for an honest & personable Dentist & a great & efficient staff & I found both. I travel by subway over 1hr because they're worth it. Also, I'm not as scared anymore because they make a not so good experience better. I highly recommend.
