ConfiDental Smile - Dr. Linda Yip

I am posting this quite late because I had just found the old printed treatment plan and wanted to share my experience. I came to the office right when I moved to the city 3 years ago and came in for a routine dental cleaning. She had prescribed me an insane treatment plan that included 14 (yes FOURTEEN) different procedures. Quoted well over $3000. This really scared me because I have always been really good about seeing my dentist and maybe needed a filling here and there but never any major dental problems. Also, I was 21 years old at this time. Luckily before I returned my friend had a similar experience and encouraged me to get a second opinion. Dr Yip is amazing. I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with dentists in the past so going to the dentist gives me major anxiety. Dr Yip was really kind, patient, listened to my concerns, and made sure I understood the procedure. I’ve had two appointments with her so far, and I feel a lot less nervous about going to the dentist now!

Dr. Yip provided an excellent experience! For someone that hasn’t had a dental check up in a while and has overall anxiety about the whole situation, Dr. Yips knowledge and experience help make the process go smoothly! I had a great experience with Dr. Yip in my first visit with her. She's very friendly and knowledgeable in explaining to me about the state of my teeth and providing recommendations in how to proceed. Her staff has also been very friendly and communicative in reminding me about my appointment time.

Dr. Yip has taken good care of my teeth for the past few years and I'm beyond happy. She's thorough in her work, always nice in her demeanor, she has great recommendations and tips for oral care. I've never had to wait for my appointments and procedures are done quickly. Thank you Dr. Yip!
