For those with dentist anxiety this is a place for you. The staff is relaxed, the dentist chair is comfortable, and you can relax while watching television. This was my first visit - I spent 2 hours on-site taking xrays, meeting with the hygienist, and spent time with Doctor. My teeth were cleaned and I have zero pain. This is a very impressive modern dental office. They use modern equipment and have very efficient protocols. The staff where all very friendly and pleasant to deal with. I definitely enjoyed the interaction with the dentist. He is by far my favorite one I've dealt with in my life. I do strongly recommend using Confident Smiles & Implants.

Highly recommend Confident Smiles & Implants. Upon arrival yesterday I was greeted by friendly smiles at the front desk & I was called back within minutes. My hygienist was hands-down absolutely wonderful so much so that I will be requesting her again at my next cleaning. Dr. Mercer again just truly amazing, he listens, cares give a very thorough exam and is all around a fantastic Dr. I was treated with the utmost respect and care from the minute I walked in the door. Everything is very clean, the technology is advanced, and the level of detail they put into your care will not go unnoticed. You will not be disappointed if you make an appointment here, I promise!

Went in for a FREE consultation on either Maintenance or Complete upper/lower studded zirconia implants. No dentures for me ! My teeth are SO misaligned, I have G.E.R.D. most my life waking up aphixiating on reflux. I chew 80-90 times to most people's 28 times. And still up to 12 hours later refluxing a peice of food the size of an apple seed. On meds for 30 years. Because my molars are not aligned to chew. Everyone at CSnI , even tho i am originally only a possible new Maintenance patient , were very nice ,pleasant ,helpful ( including my parking lot lost building help on phone , getting there ) , experienced, caring , efficient. I would highly recommend this dental practice. Each staff member that interacted with me were professional and knowledgeable of the procedure that being performed. They were gentle and would stop often to check on me. The doctor explained everything he was doing and what he would recommend. He left the decision up to me and my insurance coverage for services being recommended were reviewed. This is the first dental practice that I feel comfortable with.
