Cone Health Urology Burlington

My cousin has been dealing with her kidney problems since Thanksgiving. My cousin can't have her phone at work so I call to make her appointments for her because when she called on her breaks no one should answer the phone. Everytime I have called no one would answer the phone so I would leave a message. The first time they got back to me to set up her appointment to be diagnosed so she could have her surgery. Now that she's had surgery we are trying to get her an appointment for her to have the tube removed (which is causing more pain than the stones did). The tube was supposed to be removed on Monday (Feb.2nd) but the weather caused her appointment to be cancelled. She was told someone would call her Tuesday (Feb. 5th) to set up an appointment. Don't waste your time they waited until the day before my appointment and canceled, said they don't have anyone there that can handle the size of stone I have

First appointment yesterday, and I was very pleased. I did not have to wait to speak with the doctor, my appointment time was honored. Then I was able to get an immediate x-ray. The technicians were SO warm and welcoming there as well. An overall excellent first experience. Including a business card pic of one of their physicians for quick reference.

I was wrongly discharged/dismissed from the practice. They refused me medical care by refusing to make an appointment for me. In addition they have refused to refill my 2 medications knowing they are leaving me without any. I checked my records on MyChart because they claimed I canceled an appointment giving them the right to no longer let me be a patient. Nowhere on MyChart does it state I canceled any appointments. However, it shows where I did attend my last 3 scheduled appointments. They are incorrect and refuse to correct my office chart, where someone apparently entered incorrect information. They are intentionally endangering my health by leaving me without medication and claim it is because I missed an appointment. I have never been treated so poorly by an office staff representati

We saw Dr B Sninsky. The office was clean and atmosphere pleasant. Dr Sninsky answered all questions on upcoming prostrate surgery and shows compassion and understanding of this delicate procedure. The nurses were very nice and worked well checking us in. Very nice facility with surgical center onsite
