Today was my second time seeing Dr.Evans, last time was Jan 2022. He is absolutely amazing!! I’ve seen him both times for ingrown toenail removal. Both times he was excellent. Today he was super busy but still took his time, walked me through it and made the experience as comfortable and easy going as he could. I was also assisted by Kendra whom I believe was some sort of nurse assisting Dr.Evans. She was great, super friendly and efficient. I definitely recommend Dr.Evans to anyone looking for a good podiatrist!

I visited Dr. Hyatt (in Burlington) in 2012 for an achilleas heel problem (which was fixed w/ surgery) and again in January 2026 for plantar fasciitis. Dr. Hyatt was the same today as he was in 2012. He takes the time to LISTEN to your concerns, asks questions and explains the cause and effect. I never felt rushed during my visit and he made sure I understood the medications he prescribed and what they will do. His nurse was just as kind and actually engaged in conversation like she knew me. From check-in to check-out I was made to feel welcome and appreciated for choosing this Office. Do you have foot pain and too much money? Cone Health Triad Foot & Ankle Center in Burlington can help you get rid of one of those. (Hint: it's not the foot pain). I have plantar fascitis in both feet, and initially, I was impressed by the confidence with which my doctor recommended my treatment, after looking briefly at my feet: a shot in each foot (that was already in his shirt pocket when he entered the room), after the shots, afterwards they measured my feet for insoles. Two months, a second round of shots ($250 out of pocket each) and a pair of $500 insoles (not covered by my insurance) later, my feet still hurt as bad as they did when I walked in the door. The same custom insoles are available online. Don't waste your time or money here.

Dr. Patel mention that my husband's feet was flat and he could maybe benefit from orthotics. So we checked out, and of course they asked for him to sign so that the insurance company can cover his visit.
