I have been a patient at this practice for over six years, and unfortunately, my experiences over time have led me to decide that I will no longer seek care from Cone Health–affiliated providers. The practice has consistently demonstrated a lack of organization, particularly with prescription management. Prescriptions are frequently called in incorrectly, and corrections often take weeks despite multiple follow-up requests. I understand the significant pressures and demands placed on healthcare providers and staff, and I have always tried to be patient and respectful. However, these ongoing issues are unacceptable and have negatively impacted my care. I would say that as a new patient seeking a pcp don't ever go visit Janna Oswalt I had thee worst experience of my life. She is not reliable, not trustworthy as a medical professional. No matter how many times I did as was told, it did not matter, even as others disagreed in her own office. You must also watch what you are upfront about, especially on the first visit. And that should not be the case, even when going to a NP nonetheless. I wish things were different, but thats life. I'm a pray for her.

I’m honestly still upset about what happened. My provider MD Simmons-Robinson canceled my appointment just one day before — after I had scheduled it two months in advance. That kind of last-minute cancellation felt incredibly inconsiderate and disrespectful of my time. Cassandra made check-in and check-out a breeze with her warm personality and playful banter—such a fun way to start and end the visit! My nurse, Helen, kept the energy going with great humor and kindness, making me feel comfortable right away. Dr. Andrews made a lasting first impression with a rare blend of empathy, intelligence, and genuine care. She listened thoughtfully, asked insightful questions, and made me feel truly seen and supported.
