The staff there are very rude with no empathy. The front desk workers were very inconsiderate and had an attitude right away. It took 5 hours for soneone to give me any sort of medicine or care. I was passing a large kidney stone. They refused to give me anything to drink even though they need me to give them a sample. Also wouldn't offer me any sort of heat pad for the pain. I was throwing up and soiling my self from the pain and they did not care. I passed out in the bathroom from the pain, pulled the string inside the bathroom. By then I had woken back up and no one still had come to check on me. After 10 minutes of the emergency tone going off someone finally came in and asked if I was okay. After I had passed out and woken back up. Someone could have died or had a heartattack and th
Worst Hospital ever!! My nonverbal son went today because he aspirated Nurse Pat Ryan And the doctor I think he said his name was Williams Spoke to me and my son’s at home Nurse like we were ignorant backwards, Hicks. They were extremely disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional. They did not listen to concerns and acted as though they were holier than God himself. They claimed that all his vitals were normal when his private nurse that is spoke to someone because his respirations dropped to four and his oxygen saturation dropped to 80 they claimed that the machine just wasn’t reading correctly. So she said well why don’t you use a machine that’s not broken and then they said, but it’s not broken. Make it make sense because I can’t. Now, knowing that they base the Patient on what the machin
Had a minor surgery, then spent the day at the Pac unit to recover. The food was actually pretty good. The nurses and assistants were absolutely awesome! Acted like they cared, showed that they cared. Thank you for the experience. Nurse Amy was my primary caretaker and she is great.
If I could base my review off of the taste of their food in the cone cafe or the doctors who saved my son's life , I say about 10 stars plus ALL DAY LONG!!! HOWEVER, Their customer service is absolutely disgusting, one cafe lady was making fun of one of her customers right in front of me !!!! NOT COOL!!!! BUT, My sons doctor is amazing and so was the food ! I ate chicken Alfredo Sunday night and pancakes and bacon egg and cheese on toast the next morning. ( The morning is when the lady was making fun of the customer in front of me)😨😱 Over all, I recommend that hospital over just about any other hospital. My son is making a full recovery again and my belly is happy 😁.
Went there Saturday afternoon it was empty. First thing they doing a egg while I'll sitting down getting my pressure and vitals then the doctor comes to talk to me says he wants to get blood. Now 45 minutes later I'm still waiting i buzz them to remind them. Then I buzz them because I had to use the bathroom. Nothing. They ask me like 2x through the intercom, why was the problem? I said I have to use the bathroom twice nothing I am plugged myself and they asked me again. Why was the problem. I told him I am plugged myself. Use the bathroom and I wanna go home. Finally, the nurse comes apologizing that and my chart, it's said that I have blood work done. Never happened as I'm leaving the hospital. They're sitting down one. Nurse was on her phone, strolling away, and you're going to tell me t
