The staff is horrible. I found their glove box with feces on the box in a dresser drawer with his cleans clothes. My father was disabled and not able to walk or talk and they kept him in depends that were so filled that his clothes were soiled. This was on several occasions. The staff was horrible and act as if they didn't want to be there. Not friendly at all. Act as if they had attitudes whenever you asked them a question. Another friend's mom was their for rehab and even the staff told him to make sure they visit everyday because the staff will not check on the patient as they should. Now you know thats a problem. If you dont like the job you have then quit and work somewhere else. I personally hate that place and I feel their lack of medical care put my father's health in a worst con

Staff here has been nothing but amazing. Administration, Social Work, all the departments go above and beyond. If I don't get a call I receive an email from the social worker with my loved ones updates on how she is doing. At least every two weeks I know how she is doing. That's impressive. I travel a lot with work so I have piece of mind knowing that she is doing well. Great facility! I would definitely recommend it here.

DO NOT send your loved ones here. My father was there some months ago unfortunately he passed but while he was there he didn’t receive the best treatment. There were times when we went there and they had no clean blankets my father freezing waiting on them to come with clean bedding. The staff doesn’t really care well it was one who did and I wish I remembered her name but she was very helpful the others well I will not even say. Also, just want to add that they stole all of my father belongings. I know for a fact that he had other belongings brand new clothes, jackets, pajamas but when I got his suitcase nothing of the sort was in there. Of course when questioned they stated this is all that was in the shed or wherever they keep things when the patient leaves and has to stay in the hospi

The entire staff in the facility is very informative about company policies. Very family oriented like staff. The Weekend Manager On Duty is just the sweetest lady I've ever met , everytime you call she sounds full of life and she also make me feel like my love one is in good hands.

PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONE IN THIS FACILITY!!! My "father in law" was 83 years old and came to this rehab facility after having a laryngectomy. I wish we had heeded the warning signs. They took dad to a doctor's appt. that we had already canceled and we didn't even know about it until his roommate told us. He would lay in feces. His food came out too big for him to eat. His stoma was dislodged and I had to put it back in his throat. Nurses would not look up to acknowledge you, if you were lucky enough to find one.. Most of the time it felt like you were bothering them to get them to do anything. We visited him every Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday night, but were rarely told anything about him even though we had his power of attorney. He was supposed to be receiving physical the
