Dr. Shannon Vawter and her team are absolutely amazing. We were experiencing an emergency with my senior dog, and they found time for him to be evaluated. She helped us navigate incredibly difficult decisions with compassion and expertise. I will be forever grateful for the care that was offered that day - both to my precious animal and to me.

My animals have been coming here for over 2 years, and I cannot say enough good things about the staff. The doctors are thorough and kind, and the team is thoughtful and personable. I have brought my dogs and cats of all ages here. They educated me on preventative and maintenance care for my youngest fur babies, and my senior pets have been in great hands here. We have received exceptional care. They follow up after visits and procedures, which has helped us personalize their treatments and exceed expectations! I am so grateful for Dr. Ben and Dr. Eliza, as well as the rest of the team!!

I’ll start by saying I’ve grown up with all kinds of animals and pets. With that, came a number of vets and veterinarians. This veterinarian office is by far the best one I have ever experienced. Every single person from the receptionists, to the techs, and especially the veterinarians (my dog has been seen by all of them) has set a new expectation for my experience at a vet. The staff here is so kind, flexible with scheduling, are considerate of your pet and you, and really take a realistic and respectable approach to taking care of your pet. Harley is usually scared at a vet. With Concord he was at peace. From the front desk to the room and back. He was treated so good. Very friendly. The vet took time to listen to whatever was going on and made sure to have a plan in place in place before we left. All of the staff showed a lot of love, caring and compassion to both of us. I would normally never make a post like this but I want to warn others of what has happened to me so it doesn’t happen to you. I have used the Berry Farms Veterinary Clinic & Spa since 2017. Well about a few months ago we came in for a quick check up to get a heart worm refill. They check him out and said he was healthy and heart and lungs sound good. Well fast forward to July 17th. I sent them a 7am video of the cough my dog had at 3am. I bought him in that day and he saw Dr Cason. I told him it sounds like he has kennel cough but I don’t know how that’s possible when he is vaccinated for it. Well they put my dog on a round of antibiotics and a cough suppressant.
