Concord Pharmacy - Lawrenceville

I have used this pharmacy for many years. When it was Sam and Rebecca, it was phenomenal. Now, not so much. Friday, I wrote into the online messaging system that I would be there on Wednesday to fill a script to make sure that they had it in stock. Wednesday rolls around and after having me wait for TWO HOURS, they tell me they don't have it in stock. I understand that with the weather, the stock can be low or empty but I reminded them on Friday so why have me wait for 2 hours to tell me that you don't have it in stock? Not one person, the pharmacist nor Genevieve said "I'm sorry we had to wait for two hours". They didn't even apologize for not having it in stock. It's just basic customer service to apologize when you mess up. I'm pretty easy going and would have appreciated an apo

Genevieve is the absolute best! Any time I call she is always so helpful and her customer service is absolutely amazing. I have been using this pharmacy for years and plan to keep using them! I’ve never had a bad experience. They make it so easy!! Thank you guys sooo much for always being there.

This is best pharmacy in my over decade+ of time as a chronic pain patient. Fill times never exceed 10 minutes, and those that last 10 minutes usually required verification. The staff is a amazing, and there is nothing left to desire at the end of every visit.

Wonderful pharmacy! My son needed medication that could not be compounded at other major pharmacies nearby and we were super worried that he would have to wait several days to get his medication. Our pediatrician recommended concord and they filled the prescription before the end of the day! Highly recommend!

My wife and I have been using them for years now. They re the best and everyone there makes you feel like family. I refuse to go to the big box pharmacies after my first experience with Concord. I do wish they had a weekend staff but if your prescription ends on a weekend day they do their best to get it for you on Friday.
