I grew up going to Concord Pediatrics and now I am so lucky that my children are patients at the practice. Every provider is kind, patient and attentive. We mainly see Dr. Albushies. He is absolutely incredible. He truly cares about his patients and makes them feel comfortable. He never rushes through an appointment and explains everything is a way that’s easy to understand. The walk in sick hours has been a game changer. Recently I took my youngest in for a walk in visit. Something came up last minute and I was so grateful that I could bring her in to be seen on the weekend. We love Concord Pediatrics. Every provider is amazing and they are a wonderful team. Anyone would be lucky to take their kiddos here.

Judy NP has been my daughters provider for 7 years. She is always available and goes above and beyond providing exceptional care. My daughter has had multiple hospitalizations and Judy is always available to talk and proficient following her care. Top notch!

We love the walk-in hours for existing patients, weekdays from 4-6 and weekend mornings. Our last family doctor didn't offer this and we were always ending up at urgent care on weekends for small illnesses. The doctors are caring, thoughtful and fun. Our two kids love going to the doctor.

Edit: My kids have medicaid and office kept harassing me that they will drop my kids if I don't pay the balance while they refused to file claim with medicaid. They kept making me call medicaid so I spent hours on phone with them while office kept lying and telling me they filled claim but medicaid had no claims filled. Such a horrible customer service and billing department just horrible jerks who don't want to do their job. We used to love our doctor but I will never miss weekly harassing calls. Concord Pediatrics kicked us out of their practice simply because we wanted to delay some of the vaccines they recommended for our kids by a year or so. We wanted our kids to be a little older when we felt their bodies would be better prepared to handle the vaccines. For this personal choice, they kicked us out.
