Concord Pediatric Dentistry

I recently visited this office for my daughter’s crown placement. When she was taken back to the treatment room, I could hear her asking for me, but I was not permitted to accompany her. After some time attempting to work with her, the staff eventually brought me back to inform me that they would not be able to complete the procedure that day. When I later called for clarification, I was told that my daughter required significantly more treatment. When I shared that this had not been communicated to me, I was told that it had been—and the staff referenced a comment I had made, which they had documented in her file. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, and I was left feeling judged and pressured into agreeing to additional treatment, costing close to $4,000 more. Based on t

Wow, I am amazed. Staff interaction with my kids. Son had to be put under for surgery. Staff had him race him to the room and made fun and light out the the scary situation. 10/10 stars. He will remember that for the rest of his life. Thank you

⭐ 1/5 – Deeply Disappointed in How My Child Was Treated I’m extremely disappointed with our recent experience at Concord Pediatric Dentistry. My 6-year-old son, who has autism and ADHD, needed to have a filling done — and the woman working on him was extremely rude and impatient throughout the visit. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially in a pediatric setting that should be built on compassion, understanding, and patience. I was so disappointed with her that I will no longer be bringing either of my children here. Do better — especially if this is supposed to be a dentist’s office for kids.

I have used this office for both of our young kids from their very first visit at 1 and every appointment since then. I am thankful for the experience all of the staff have with children and it is clear that they know just how to help them be comfortable through every step. I want to mention Michelle from our most recent visit because she interacted and cared for my kids exactly how I would have down to every little explanation and manneurism. She was exceptional while talking them through their bravery and patience, pointing out the toothbrushes and tools needed, all while they wiggled and asked their questions. I can’t say enough positive things about the team at Concord Pediatrics! My 7-year-old daughter recently needed some dental work, and like many kids, she was quite anxious about the experience. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was incredibly warm, patient, and professional. A special shoutout to Greg, the anesthesiologist, who was absolutely phenomenal. His gentle, reassuring manner made all the difference, helping my daughter feel comfortable and at ease. It’s not easy to find a place where children feel genuinely safe and cared for, but Concord Pediatrics goes above and beyond.
