Concord Hospital. Pillsbury Bldg

The Concord Hospital Emergency Room was fantastic. We were referred to them by Concord Orthopedics. We arrived and were immediately greeted and evaluated. The nurse gave us an estimate of time and told us what might happen. We were taken back to a bay within the time estimate. Dr Warner, PA Hill, and nurse Nicole were 10 out of 10 when it came to bedside manner, compassion, and expertise. We could not have asked for better and are grateful these folks were on our team. They provided terrific care and follow up in spite of the fact that they were super busy the day we were there. The facility was clean, well maintained, and orderly. All in all, a good experience with Concord Hospital Emergency Room. Thank you!!

My elderly father recently had three emergency trips to this ER, resulting in three hospital admissions. Overall, the hospital was wonderful. On the in-patient side, the rooms were large and beautiful. His room on his first and third stay had a desk and a couch, so I could work from his room when I needed to be with him in-person. His room overlooked the mountains and it was a peaceful place during a hard time. The staff who handled his endoscopy were fantastic. The ER was a challenging place, though everyone treating him was great. They are making due the best they can but they have patients lined up in the hallway such that there is zero privacy. My dad is extremely hard of hearing so I had to yell when talking to him and I was worried I was disturbing other patients. There were

By far the worst hospital in the area. Go to Manchester or Seacoast if you need care. My father in law is in the hospital due to having a stroke. He suffers from Lewy body dementia and while he has been there multiple times they forget to order him meals and when asked about it tell us “He can just call and order”. He is unable to function enough to make a call or eat without assistance. They also wait extremely long to give fluids. His urine is normally brown and we have to complain numerous times for him to get fluids Intravenous and he is not able to drink on his own. We have shown concerns that he is not eating or being given food, when we talk with staff. Due to these issues we got in contact with patient relations because the nurse manager on the unit was not getting back about to us

I came in for an ankle replacement surgery. The surgical team and the recovery team were fantastic to deal with. Dr. Genthos was my surgeon and his attention to detail and communication is fantastic. The nurses on S East Floor were super kind and accommodating. I was also fortunate and blessed to end up with a private spacious room with a nice view which was a bonus.

On Saturday my family member was brought to Concord Hospital via ambulance after a skiing accident. The staff in the ED tended to him as quickly as they could, were thoughtful, and importantly thorough. He had surgery that evening and was discharged this morning. All of the staff that he/we encountered were not only professional but kind and friendly and made this painful and scary experience as good as it could have been. Even the food was good which was a plus.
