Concord Hospital - Franklin

Have had 3 visits to Franklin for rehab as well as emergency room services. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Franklin is. We now feel like the staff are genuine friends. They are responsive and caring and have truly supported the rehab needs. This is a really innovative approach that they are fostering with a comprehensive rehab program at the hospital and for us, it was a huge success. ER service is swift, attentive and skilled. We had too many bad er experiences at Laconia and recommend making the choice for Franklin.

The emergency room receptionist is rude. They have zero communication with patients waiting in the ER for 8 plus hours. I guess this is what happens when you’re the only hospital in a 20 mile radius. Either grow enough to handle the patient load our change your leadership to better serve the community.

The food that they feed patients is horrible. My husband ordered a cheeseburger for supper tonite and it was all dried up. I had turkey and potato tasted old. Breakfast sandwich not good. The coffee is good. Why does the food have to be so horrible for patients at this hospital. We was told the menu is the same as the laconia hospital. It may be the same menu but the food that they feed the patients is much better..I would think that someone is in charge of the food that leaves the kitchen should be checking it out.

Waited at Concord hospital for 3 hours then left because it would have been another 7 hours. Went to Franklin ER was checked in right away, called to a room within 3 minutes... was seen by a doctor right away. I mean 1 minute tops... had xrays and now waiting on results. Nurses, doctor, and xray tech were Awesome!!!! 20 minute drive was worth it.

I ended up having a neck injury where I could not move my head without instant pain shooting throughout my head and upper back. My wife brought my into the ER around 430am on 9/22/2025, we got helped right away and only sat in the waiting room for maybe 2 minutes. Once in the room the nurses started to get to their work. The doctor on duty saw me right after and called for medication for the pain and the scans to help figure out the issue. Within 1 hr and due diligence, we had our answer and a good treatment. The only thing I slightly had a problem with is that one of the nurses taking my temperature told me she was going to place the instrument under my tongue and accidentally(giving the benefit of doubt) went to far and got me in the back of the throat and it instinctively made me pull
