had such a great experience at Concierge Dental. The entire team was incredibly kind, polite, and made me feel comfortable right away. They really take the time to explain everything in depth, including showing detailed pictures of your teeth on a big screen and walking you through any issues or procedures so you fully understand what’s going on and why. They also caught things that my previous dentist never mentioned, like old fillings that need to be redone and the need for new sealants, which made me feel like I was truly being cared for and thoroughly evaluated. As someone who gets anxious about the dentist, I really appreciated how relaxing the atmosphere was , calming lighting, great music, and such a peaceful environment. I came in this morning for my appointment and was able to be seen right away. The procedure I had done was fully explained to me before beginning anything. This was my first time at this location and everything went smoothly. My hygienist, Nikki (sorry for the spelling!), was professional, thorough, gentle and caring. She continued to check in on me during the cleaning to make sure I was ok and comfortable. I'm looking forward to my next cleaning with her.
