Love the Secure Unit. Great things happening at Concho Health & Rehabilitation. Cora keeps the residents entertained and busy with her GREAT Activity Program. Must make a trip to visit.

We have worked with this nursing home and made visits to residents there for nearly 7 years. We find all the employees really care for the people they serve, the food quality, cleanliness of the facility and happiness of the residents is a plus! When our niece who lived in Florida required a safe and nurturing home where she could get the care and treatments she needed, we immediately sought to get her transferred to the Concho County Health and Rehab. The staff worked tirelessly to make this move a reality - going far and above to get her here. Since she arrived, the entire facility has worked hard to ensure that our niece has had the attention and care she needs. We are very pleased that we made this decision for her care.

Concho Health and Rehabilitation Center is a wonderful skilled nursing facility! The building is always clean and provides great meals. They have a wonderful and caring staff as well. There is a great rehab department that will help get residents to their prior level of functioni if possible. They also have a secured unit which is a great asset. They recently put new flooring in the front of the building giving it a beautiful face lift!

Talk about hometown family environment! I love this home and the management team at Concho! The services are top notch and really exceed expectations when it comes to outcomes and satisfaction for both staff and residents. Highly Recommend the food and care in this home!
