I had what I thought was a cavity developing over the weekend. Which turned into never-ending pain. They had me in the office first thing in the morning. It was discovered the previous dentist did a poor job of cementing a crown. The crown was removed. The decay was cleaned and the job is completed with a new crown. Now my whole family goes there for their check ups…

***BEWARE – MEDICAL HEALTHCARE FRAUD ALERT *** I am extremely disappointed with my experience at the dentist office of CM Smiles specifically with the dentist herself - Concetta Mangiaracina, DDS. A first time visit for a routine checkup, and was quickly told I needed several procedures — including [e.g., all 4 quadrants of my mouth for 6-8 cavities and a crown] — none of which had been mentioned by my previous dentist just a few months prior. I was completely shocked! She presented a screen with some dark shaded areas claiming to be cavities. When I mentioned the cleaning I had 6 months prior with a good, clean report – she proceeded to say we are seeing a lot of people with cavities due to COVID. COVID???!!! Like – what? We are in 2025. Did you just hear me mention 6 months prior

I'm struggling to believe any negative reviews on here, saying the office lies about people having cavities. My primary dentist office told me my son needs a crown and it was going to be $2K out of pocket. I decided to go to Dr. Mangiarcina as a second opinion. She saved my son's tooth and me $2K. My son hates going to the dentist. He's been there twice and said he was very comfortable with them

Dr. Mangiatacina always goes out of her way to help her patients! She saw my 7 year old daughter earlier one morning for an emergency extraction. She said, “Come right in!” without hesitation and took excellent care of my terrified screaming child with the up most patience, care, kindness and gentle demeanor (despite my daughter’s outrageous tantrum). We worked together like a well oiled team without really being a team. Afterwards, she gave me the biggest hug and truly made me feel like family (pure comfort and relief). Such a true professional 🩷 I highly recommend her and her outstanding staff!

Worst dentist ever!! I had a similar experience where Concetta claimed I had a bunch of cavities. Lies!! I saw another dentist 6 months before for my cleaning and x-rays and had no cavaties. She drilled my far right bottom tooth until I could feel the sensation through my whole body. Whatever she put on my tooth claiming it was a filling came out 1 week later. I went back she put it in again and it came out again. As a result, I have a hole in the back of my mouth because she is doing unnecessary work for billing purposes. I have never in my life had a filling come out that soon. Not 1 but 2 times! I believe she is not using a filling but is using something called bonding for billing purposes.
