The staff are so welcoming, Shawna made me feel so much a home. Dr. Berry is so excellent and professional, with detailed explanation of the steps. Never had such a dental experience before! Informing him that he needed to find a new dentist due to your inability to find an interpreter is unacceptable and discriminatory. My father has been a patient of your practice for many years and has always been satisfied with the care he received. To dismiss him in this manner, especially at his age, is incredibly callous and shows a complete lack of compassion and respect. It is your responsibility as a healthcare provider to accommodate patients with diverse needs, including language barriers.
