Everyone there was great. Dr. Fine and Ron were very thorough and personable. Just don't let Ron crack jokes while Dr. Fine is stitching me up!! Everything went perfectly.i highly recommend this location.

Mr. Ronnie was excellent and fun. He had me in and out of there. He allowed me to complete my required tasks. I needed sneakers and he saw me again that same evening when I went to get them. It made my day because I can go forward with my employment process faster. Good service!

I was having what I thought was an emergency - chest pain, shortness of breath, heart beat skyrocketing out of nowhere, nausea. The front desk people seemed like they couldn’t care less. Didn’t help me with anything insurance related. I waited for probably 45 mins before anyone came to see me. I recently moved here and started a new job so I didn’t have anyone to call for help and don’t know the details of my insurance yet. I get that’s on me, but a little help in an emergency would have gone a long way. The nurse and doctor were great. Compassionate and made me feel safe and cared for. But after the nurse took my vitals it was almost an hour and a half before I even saw a doctor. I understand that a better option would have been to go elsewhere, but in an emergency I went to the closest

When I arrived, I was greeted well. I like that the personal informations are done on a tablet. The medical assistant that i had was extremely nice. What I didn't like is the fact that they didn't have my travel vaccine and they told me they'd call when it arrives. They never did. They wanted reassurance that i needed it before they ordered it, since it's expensive, and I told them yes I do need it. Yet, no call back.
