Concentra Urgent Care

I came in for a DOT physical and was very disappointed with how the payment policy was handled. I was told verbally that the clinic doesn’t accept cash, and although there was a sign posted, it wasn’t placed in a clear or noticeable location. I didn’t see it until it was time to pay. As someone prepared to pay with legal U.S. currency, it felt unfair and unreasonable to be refused service over something so basic. Policies like this create unnecessary barriers for working people who just need to complete a required exam. The staff offered no flexibility or support, and the whole experience felt unprofessional and poor in customer service. I hope Concentra reconsiders how they communicate payment policies and the impact these decisions have on patients. Now I have to look for another clin

I have been coming to this concentra location since September & my experience has been great. From the initial accident all the way to fully healing each staff member constantly made sure my experience was truly a good one. I could name all the people who were good to me the whole time but then I’d be mentioning the entire office. Special shoutout to Neil, Scott, Dr Rolon, & Christina who especially stood out during my experience. If you need anything this is definitely a great place to get your needs met. Although I’m healed, if I’m ever broken again, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

This was my greatest experience ever from the moment I walked in!! Christina greeted me with a smile and was so nice! She was very helpful, so efficient, and very patient as I asked a lot of questions. Arlieny was also very nice, very patient and explained all the steps as we proceeded my screening. Dr. Jorge Troujillo was so awesome!! He made me feel comfortable and attentive to my questions. Upon my leaving I spoke to Norma, Assistant Manager whom also was with a smile. I let her know what a great experience I had with her staff. She was very happy to hear this and thanked me. I thank you all for such a great experience and having a smile! You all made my day! 😊

I waited over 2 hours to get a routine physical and mask fit test. For the majority of the time that I was sitting in the waiting area, there may have been 1-2 other recent clients who came in after me. Those new clients were seen before me over again over again. The person at the front desk repeatedly called the medical staff workers at the back office to call me in, and provide the services that I already paid for. She was unsuccessful and escalated the problem to the management. If they were busy it would be understandable, the waiting area was basically empty for that period of time. My needs were not significant enough to warrant their attention. When I was finally called to be seen, the visit took less than 15 minutes to complete. Concentra in Beaumont Center is an outstanding facility that truly stands apart. From the moment you arrive until the time you leave, every need is addressed promptly and with great care. The staff members are not only highly professional but also exceptionally courteous and welcoming, which makes the entire experience smooth and comfortable. The facility itself is well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged, providing a clean and accommodating environment. Having visited many clinics, urgent care centers, and Concentra locations, I can say with confidence that this one is by far my favorite. I am sincerely grateful for the quality of care, efficiency, and kindness consistently shown here.
