Concentra Urgent Care

Dr. Katherine Uphoff-PA-C was very rude. The 2 visit that I had with her. She was very unprofessional & not once did she care about my medical needs or the injury i was there for. The provider didn’t make me feel welcomed. Not once did I feel any trust or care with provider Katherine Uphoff-PA-C. She can be very rude with the face gestures she gives the patients and she will speak right over you not giving you a chance to speak or ask questions. As for the front desk and medical assistants, they are all very polite and very respectful.

Great, responsive staff and nice facility. I interacted with two different people at the front desk, three nurses, and a doctor who were all very nice. The wait was a little long but I know that can’t always be helped. Once I got in things moved quickly.

My visit at your location was very long, but you guys got the job done. Everything was handled professionally if we could just work on that wait time that would be great. No bad thoughts everybody was perfect very welcoming very professional. I appreciate them all. Just need to work on that wait time, thank you

Went in today for a drug screening, was hesitant at first because of the wait and holiday season, but thankfully I was the second person there and no wait time! The nurse conducting the drug screening was really nice and friendly. The process was straightforward and prompt. Couldn’t have asked for a better service. 100% would recommend. Thank you again Concentra and nurse.

This place was the biggest waste of time I call in the morning so I can come early. They say you have to come on your appointments and when I get there, they say we didn’t get appointments it’s walking and then I complete all the paperwork like after 10 minutes they give me different documents and then after 45 minute different other paperwork They bring me on the rooms and I ask them how patient is waiting they say 6 I was waiting for the doctor for almost 2 hours and then the lady come and ask me to go to different rooms for exams And after 1 hours the bring me other documents that I have to complete after 45 minutes they came for checking the paperwork and I was asking them like how many more patients left. She say still six after it. For only five minute examinations. It takes me fi
