Concentra Urgent Care

My experience from beginning to end was great. The front desk was extremely helpful. I had no idea what to do for my paperwork and they pointed me in the right direction. When I got to the back for my physical and drug screening they made me feel comfortable and helped to calm my nerves. Amazing clinic!

When I arrived, I anticipated a wait time of approximately an hour and a half, as I was informed. However, I ended up waiting for two and a half hours before being called for my physical. I was the next patient in line for about an hour. It was only after this extensive period that staff members recognized the delay and proceeded to bring me in for the required physical. The staff members were courteous and friendly throughout the process. Nonetheless, the patient management system at this location is inadequate. No patient should have to wait nearly three hours for a physical that ultimately only takes about ten minutes. It is unfortunate that this facility's setup is so inefficient. Had it not been a mandatory requirement for me to complete the physical here, I would have chosen a differ

Apart from having to wait a little longer than expected, this location was clean, staff was thorough, and was able to complete my pre employment check. J was very competent and helpful.

The nurse and doctor were very knowledgeable about my injury. They listened to me and then shared my plan for recovery. Awesome customer service. Very personable and caring. Love this urgent care.

I was in for a DOT Physical, Every one from the front desk to the examiner were really polite and professional.was in and out within a reasonable time frame. made my experience great.
