Concentra Urgent Care

The staff here was great! The woman with the dreads who assists in the back with blood pressure and initial tests is fantastic! The dr did a great job getting me through the physical was needed for my place of work! Isn't the shortest wait but also wasn't the longest for a very high traffic Concentra!

The front desk person was nice. It was Sunday afternoon. They only had one person working and one doctor working. She explained that she was by herself and worked quickly to service the people coming in and answer phones she did a great job also. There was a delay in seeing the doctor because of all the patients they had waiting. The doctor had a great attitude and was friendly and engaged in pleasant conversation along with examining me. When I came out the lobby was full. I think they should have more people working on Sundays at a 24 hour office.

Her name was l Think Danielle, very professional very kind very focused. She was very pleasant and had great gratitude. She's a keeper. I was in and out within a hour. How great that was. Will always come back here due to all the great staff and there gratitude and grace. You don't find a business with people like them. Also great Teamwork.

My experience went well. I was there for a physical. The lobby and exam areas were very clean. The staff were helpful and polite. No smug nor condescending attitudes. The Doctor I spoke to took time to answer my questions and was very professional.

It was a Saturday. It was a skeleton crew. One doctor one desk person one nurse. They were fast about the service. They were professional and great service. I waited long but was happy i got everything done. On Saturday its only one open and they 24 hrs
