Concentra Urgent Care

The staff if very nice! Bilingual Baddies tooo+++ the ladies and gentlemen are always soo sweet and welcoming whenever I come. I LIVE for the snacks in the waiting room but truly main star for me is DR. FITCH. There's no one better than Dr. Fitch!!! She is incredible. She has a way of seeing you and not just listening. She listened to my entire story about how my injury happened, took notes, asked questions and had solutions. I felt embraced and safe to share my experience, the way a good doctor should make you feel. ME A FULLY GROWN ADULT SHOULDT BE CRYING BECAUSE SOMEONE LISTENED AND BELIEVED ME, but i did! Shout out to Dr. FITCH Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Fantastic experience getting my TB test done for my employer. The clinic is clean, staff is friendly and very attentive. The communication from pre check to reminder was very convenient. I highly recommend this facility for testing to urgent care

The staff was amazing! The front desk personnel thoroughly explained how to fill out the forms to where I was not confused at all, the nurses were gentle with the blood draw and other tests, and the doctor was the warmest and kindest doctor I’ve ever had. She was very personable and I felt at ease talking with her. She also gave good recommendations on what to do to better my health. I absolutely recommend Concentra Urgent Care 100%.

I am very impressed with Concentra due to their professionalism and kindness. I'm also equally impressed with the cleanliness and overall organization of the place. Dr Nancie is very empathetic and cares about her patients.
