Concentra Urgent Care

I felt unwelcome. My understanding was that it was just a simple TB test. But I undergo physical test on my vision and hearing which I was not prepared for it and then she asked me to do urine test which I was not prepared but I still give in and then I told her that I was always positive of TB test because of my vaccination history back come in the Philippines so I asked her are there other options like blood test because I don't want chest x-ray. I had chest x-ray before and it turned out negative for tuberculosis. The lady told me she doesn't know what options I can take and so I told her I believe patients have options to decide but she insisted that the doctor will have to decide on that and I said that I believe in the end the patient has the right to decide on which tuberculosis tes

Expect 1-2 hours minimum even if you have an appointment. So inefficient. Doc also tried to get me to get other unrelated medical procedures done while there since it was “on employers dime.” Unethical and a waste of a lot of time. After over an hour wait, the doctor came in to tell me that I was scheduled a month early and need to come back next month instead. Horribly unprofessional and a complete waste of time.

I was seen by an older, female PA, and she was very rude, and wasn't concerned with a pre-existing back injury that was re-injured when I fell at work, which is why I went in to Concentra. I didn't go back. Maybe she was having a bad day, but that's no excuse. I was in patient treatment for 40 years, and never let my mood affect my professionalism. The rest of the staff was wonderful.

Most of staff and assistants were ok. But It’s the worst doctor visit I had in my entire experience. If there’s a zero I could rate, I would! The very long wait was unusual for a scheduled appointment. David Rios, MD was very rude, unprofessional and careless. He’s trying to cut me off from conversations, he’s constantly in his phone texting, can’t even silence his phone. I am waiting for a shoulder surgery, but I requested different orthopedic surgeon, “no offense” but Concentra services, maybe not the worst to some but are not the best for me and my research for reviews. This doctor is not very helpful, he intimidates you, more of an interrogation than anything. I was in so much pain, waited too long for him. I felt like I’m threatened. I do not trust his care or to any of my appointmen

I have to wait for more than 90 minutes I have to go back because the doctor assistance doesn't give me the all medicine even if I ask if everything was in the bag. They didn't know some of them was send to the pharmacy. Front desk was very good.
