Concentra Urgent Care

I went to concentra for a pain on my hip due to a fall. Sean was very kind, helpful and patient . He provided excellent help service not only for me but, for with everyone. I was missing the correct form and I had to come back the next day. When I went back to be checked on my pain , Dr. Salam and nurses were all very nice and helpful. Thank you so much for all your help!!

I arrived at the clinic at 4:59 PM thinking the office was open till 6 PM. They were actually closing at 5:00 and couldn’t have been nicer even though I arrived so late. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful, the doctor on duty came over to say hello and then the nurse who did my vaccination was sweet and pleasant. It was a great experience A+++

The staff went far beyond helping me get my lab work done there, because I drove an hour to get it done. My requisition was not there and they helped me get what they needed to get my blood work drawn. Awesome staff!

I had to come here to get a test for my job. They didn't have me in the system, however. They had two choices: tell me to go away and get it sorted and come back; or be helpful. Bee, who welcomed me warmly, chose the latter. Even though the phone was ringing off hook and people were waiting, she very graciously went on the phone with the company and got it sorted. She was calm, kind, and got it done even though she really didn't have to. Very much appreciated!

Unprofessional and disorganized front desk employees. I had a very disappointing experience at this Concentra location. I visited on Saturday to schedule an immigration physical for my mother and front-desk employee told me to call back Monday morning. When I called Monday morning, I was told to call back after noon. When I finally reached someone at 1:00 PM—after being placed on hold for six minutes—I was informed that their civil surgeons are on PTO and they cannot schedule anything for another 40 days. This information should have been provided during my initial visit. It was a complete waste of my time due to a lack of internal communication.
