Concentra Urgent Care

I came here for a DOT physical and drug test. The front office staff was very friendly and welcoming. Check-in was smooth and everyone at the desk was kind and professional, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the appointment itself took over two hours for what should have been a straightforward visit. Multiple patients who arrived after me were seen and finished before I was, which was frustrating. I was assigned to a very talkative doctor. While I understand being personable, some of the conversation felt unrelated to the purpose of my visit. At one point, the doctor came out to the waiting room and spoke to my partner about me, saying that “he’s had a lot of heartbreak.” Even though no other patients were in the room at that moment, it still felt inappropriate and unprofessional to di

The reception area is nice.The front staff is warm and helpful. It great they send paperwork to your phone and send it back. Practitioner was great as well as the nurses. Very sympathetic to the patient. The physical therapist were professional and caring. Very warm and friendly. Great staff.

I was there for a work, blood draw, There was a bit of a mixup from the company as far as what type of check was needed. But thankfully, I was able to get rectified by the company pretty quickly and then get my stuff taken care of quickly and then I was in and out of there in no time. I appreciate the efficiency to get the staff and the attention to detail. I definitely would refer them to other people.

I have never felt from a health care professional that my injuries are nothing. Where my doctor says “we’ll you are FINALLY getting that ear surgery” diminished my personal pain and made me feel like I was just a burden on her clipboard Mary Beth is very rude and needs to be talked to about how she acts with patients. Edit: after further research in these comments there’s always a reoccurring theme of: THE ACTUAL DOCTORS ARE RUDE FOR NO REASON. Being short with people who just got out of injuries is repulsive. Never have I had to post something like this. But Marybeth you are very unprofessional and very very rude to a lot of people. Please reflect on your words and actions because you are there to HELP people unless you’re just in it for the money.

From my initial walk-in to my exiting, my opinion was favorable. I was treated with respect, dignity and very courteous. My assigned nurse, was very polite, professional and humorous during my experience. I’m no stranger to facilities like these, this was my best experience thus far!
