Concentra Urgent Care

I only gave it a 4 star because of the wait & because of being able to keep track of where I was in placement to be taken back. Other than that, the ladies there were very nice, very helpful, worked great together. The front desk did let us know what what the plan was as far as being taken back but only one update, one time. Maybe because they were understaffed. Other than that very clean office/waiting room/restroom as well.

I needed a TB test for my job. The staff that greeted me were courteous and prompt. After a short wait I was greeted by the nurse administrating my shot. She was very friendly and informative. After the quick painless application I had to wait for a piece of paperwork and then was free to go.

Unfortunately, no matter the location, I always have a poor experience when I visit Concentra. The receptionist are not very nice. At My particular experience here, They sent me a link to my phone to fill out. Which I did. But then they brought it to the desk and told me there was something else I had not filled out and I kept trying to show them that I did. We were not talking about the same thing, Apparently, there was an additional form that I was supposed to fill out prior to my visit to the clinic and I did not realize this. But instead of calmly explaining it to me, the receptionist was verbally aggressive, and got into a confrontation with me at the Reception desk in front of the whole lobby. I needed to get a DOT physical and I am prescribed Suboxone and they wouldn’t do it even though I could get a letter from my doctor stating that I could operate a CMV without my medication in pairing my driving so I had to go to another clinic and pay $125 out-of-pocket just because They didn’t know what they were doing even though I had the proper paperwork to take the liability off of them. Highly dissatisfied.

I like the set up with the urine test everything was in one room. Didn't have up walk out into a restroom, so it felt comfortable. The staff was very sweet and informative.
