Concentra Urgent Care

Once my name was called, the process was smooth and went by quickly. (Sorry in advance for not remembering your names, ladies... and again if I state your title incorrectly.) The nurse who handled my intake/drug test was very friendly and personable. The doc was thorough, yet made the exam a little on the fun side. I would have given full 5 stars, but I had to wait longer than I should have to be called in. I arrived 20 minutes before they opened and waited outside so I would be first in line. I was first through the door... first to sign in... five people were examed before me.

Staff were all very friendly, the visit was smooth. The waiting time was the only thing that I noticed was a bit long. I was a walk-in (other people with appointments were helped quickly), so I would recommend scheduling ahead of time. Overall great experience!

Dr C has an amazing bed side manner and takes the time to explain any questions or concern. I have never been treated with this much respect and understanding. Any issues or concerns I have, have been taken thoroughly into consideration. The facility is busy and has a lot of patients to little admin, so please make sure she gets some help! I couldn’t be more grateful for all the help I have received, I’ve came back a couple times outside my appointment times to get some added help, and was able to get seen. Arriving early in the morning when they open is a better time to get seen if you don’t have an appointment. All the staff are friendly and nice as well.

I would never send my wife and 7 month old child to this location. Additionally I waited over an hour to have a test done for tobacco usage with very few people in the waiting room. I'm not sure why there is an hour wait for a urinalysis in a room that has sick people in it. The person helping me was very nice and professional, but I would never send anyone I care about to this location.

I arrived at 10 am. Did the sign in and did the text information. At 1030, they told me the system went down. At 1045, had to redo all the paperwork by hand. Finally at 1105, they called me back. I work for a traveling healthcare company, and I have to come here for testing for a new assignment. It's 1145, and I'm still here........ But this place is the worse. Everytime I come here, its a problem
