Sal made it effortless and was more than welcoming. He made me feel like I had his full attention and helped me get through some hurdles that were unseen. Great customer service.

I had an ok visit the first time but the second visit was much better. The lady Tara was very nice and hospitable to me. The guy I had the first time may want to work on his attitude and demeanor when it comes to his job meaning he can stand to be a little more pleasant and polite.

I’ve had one of the most incredible experiences with Concentra—truly better than any other medical facility I’ve worked with. I began physical therapy in October 2025 after fracturing my fibula, and throughout three months of doctor visits and PT sessions, the care I received was exceptional. Everyone I encountered on both the medical and PT sides—Corwin, Shane, Sul, and Sarah—demonstrated outstanding professionalism and genuine compassion. Corwin and his staff were always friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making sure I was well taken care of at every visit. From my very first physical therapy session, Shane was intentional and proactive, creating a clear game plan focused on steady progress and recovery. This is a friendly, professional, and courteous group of folks running this clinic, from the moment I was greeted upon entry, until leaving. The clinic is clean and easily accessible. I have visited a couple times in past years for job-related visits, and this week’s two visits were by far excellent!

Building was under construction so I understand the working conditions were anything but normal, but service was not amazing EXCEPT for the gentleman at the front desk. He was kind, efficient, and super helpful to me and other customers, he helped an elderly customer who had a hard time getting checked in and made him feel comfortable. I would give him 5 stars. The member who took me back to for my pre-employment test was short, did not speak to me, gave no instruction, and seemed like he was rushing to get to the next customer. I’m all for efficiency, but it would not have taken any more time for him to give me instruction.
