Concentra Urgent Care

I will say I have came to this place quite often, As a patient, I want to say that most of the staff I interacted with were kind, professional, and clearly cared about doing their jobs well. The clinical staff were respectful and made the visit itself a positive experience. Unfortunately, the manager’s behavior I can’t remember her name, blonde and glasses, stood out in a negative way. During my visit, I observed staff members who appeared to need assistance, but the manager was dismissive and acted as if she was too busy to help them. Instead of supporting her team, she seemed irritated when approached and did not offer much guidance. There was also a lot of laughing and joking from her that felt out of place for a healthcare environment, which made the leadership seem unprofessional. It

I have to tell you I came in for a TB test so I could help out our local Hospice team which I work done for many years. The two girls at the front desk were absolutely hilarious welcoming just made your day the little girl that took me to the back that tried to draw my blood. God bless her. I believe she was young and I believe that she was new to the field, but I got a little hematoma after she drew my blood. She shook so hard I said to her it is no issue however they need to do something in that back room where those curtains are because the lighting is horrifically horrible to try to draw blood anyway anyways have a blessed day and thanks so much for all you guys do

My experience was very good, the people here are very friendly and efficient and thorough. I did PT in the same building which was very convenient and the physical therapist Rodney was excellent and great to work with. He made the experience very light hearted and fun yet serious about what you needed to do, how often and was very informative. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone 😊

My experience getting inside the building some difficulties me being a person with a disability who uses a wheelchair. The parking on the end was fine until you pull your wheelchair out the broken concrete/ pavement rocks you can tip your chair over if you wasn't careful. It should be SMOOTH PAVEMENT accessible route , chair can easily tip if it get stuck.. doors not accessible. The carpet for the weather not pulled up near the door easily to tip..I had my nurses Aid with me. The Whole parking lot needs an up grade. The nurses very nice and polite very professional. The first nurse opened the side door to leave earlier to wheel my wheelchair out. 2nd time the ladies very professional and kind. And helpful with the doors. The ladies very kind and I appreciated their assistance.

It was a great place. The staff were nice, friendly, and professional. Also there wasn't much of a wait time so the whole experience was very pleasant.
