Concentra Urgent Care

Employee that received me was friendly and courteous. The technician that called me in and performed my examination was unfriendly, curt and made the whole experience unwelcoming.

As a mother, I’m beyond frustrated and disappointed with the experience we had here. I brought my son to urgent care 30 minutes before closing, only to be told the doctor was “done seeing patients for the day.” The front desk and doctor both refused to see him, even though the clinic was still open. When your child isn’t feeling well, you just want to get them the care they need and being turned away like that is extremely upsetting. If you post hours, patients should be able to count on them. I expected compassion and care, not a closed door.

My first time at this office and have to say I was nervous to come in for a DOT physical. But my experience went really good, office staff were nice and Dr. Brandy🙏 thank you

You have an amazing staff they're all very attentive as soon as you walk in the door to help you in any way they can or it's just amazing great smiles and make you feel welcome as a greeting continues they're always very grateful to see you and very polite God bless you thank you amazing employees

No words that could describe how rude some of the staff is. There was 1 or 2 maybe that are courteous on the staff.
